What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect the details you give us. That's your name, phone number, email address, the town or postcode of the property, information about your project and any photos you choose to upload.

We don't collect any other personal information through this website, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We only use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We rely on your consent, given when you send the form, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. Your enquiry is passed to us through a secure form service so it can be delivered to our email inbox. If you go ahead with a project, we may share relevant details with people involved in it, such as architects, structural engineers or building control, only where it's needed for the work.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead with a project, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep project records for as long as we need to for warranties, legal and accounting reasons.

Photos of our work

The project photos on this website show work we've completed. We only show the town, never a full address, and we blur anything that could identify a home or its owners, such as number plates.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
